If you don’t receive any job interviews within 2 months of receiving your final documents, we will rewrite your resume/CV again, free-of-charge. You must notify us in writing within 2 months of receiving your final copy. Only packages with resume or LinkedIn content are eligible for this guarantee.
• We adhere to laws protecting your data protection. As a GDPR-compliant company we employ top of the class security tools to protect the information you share with us. We will never sell your data.

Revisions
Revisions of draft documents can be requested for free, 30 days after you receive the initial draft via email. Feel free to reply to the email where you received the initial draft for any iterations or recommendations to better position your professional pedigree on paper. However, we can still accommodate your revision and optimization requests even beyond 30 days with a minimal fee.

Refund Policy
Tailored Resume provides a professional resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn content-writing services. All transactions are final.
There is no trial or grace period after purchasing the resume-writing service. Like any writing project, there will be multiple drafts and revisions.
We will work with you throughout the revision period until you are satisfied with your resume. As a result, there are no refunds once the resume-writing service has been purchased.
